Monopolies can be formed by mergers and integrations, form naturally, or be established by a government. In many jurisdictions, competition laws restrict monopolies due to government concerns over potential adverse effects. Holding a dominant position or a monopoly in a market is often not illegal in itself; however, certain categories of behavior can be considered abusive and therefore incur legal sanctions when business is dominant. A government-granted monopoly or legal monopoly, by contrast, is sanctioned by the state, often to provide an incentive to invest in a risky venture or enrich a domestic interest group. Patents, copyrights, and trademarks are sometimes used as examples of government-granted monopolies. The government may also reserve the venture for itself, thus forming a government monopoly, for example with a state-owned company.

  • @Nature_lover_Bnda on April 5, 2024

If you learn how to respect life on earth itself first then you dont need to search it for 7 trillion miles away to ruin that too

  • @Nature_lover_Bnda on April 5, 2024

Waiting for a karen to call 911 bcoz lights are disturbing her sleep cycle

  • @hansudowolfrahm4856 on April 6, 2024

It was actually like methane lights of an ocean not city lights but it's very likely there's some form of life and also because it's so far away, the light we see is so old that currently the planet will have advanced much more in evolution compared to what we see.

  • @paulbaird790 on April 7, 2024

  • @McGreenBean17 on April 23, 2024

this video isnt anything about the lights, but the question of "what if" but in human form. humanizing the ET.

  • @user-rz1jj7lp9i on April 26, 2024

I mean we've evolved needing to use lights for the darkness. But if say owls or wolves would've evolved on a level close to our modern technology, would lights be something they would Even ever build?
I think of aliens maybe being somewhat similar, maybe vastly different tech wise. Might be we wouldn't even recognize their tech as tech in general. It'd be awesome to see who are closest known neighbors are tho

  • @joseamaldonadojr3206 on April 27, 2024

At that distance,I can see the lights myself🤣…7 Trillion miles that’s close we need math once again guys.

  • @Christian_P01 on April 30, 2024

love how you turn a 1 second picture into a 22minute video.

  • @raymondhernandez9926 on May 4, 2024

What if we get there and its earth like 75 years ago

  • @natslawrence on May 9, 2024

Shouldn't you only be talking about the artificial lights?

  • @franciscomarquez9845 on May 11, 2024

Plot twist, it's the mirrors reflecting earth lights 🤣🤣

  • @kevinstrade2752 on May 17, 2024

We detect lights but no radio signals…. Let that sink in…. The night lights are likely geothermal, some sort of phosphorus light, Aurora, natural photo reaction. If we believe there is life, send them a signal….should take only four years to get there and four back….
